Our focus is Cabernet Sauvignon from two prestigous vineyards in Northern California — Yoeman Vineyard, located on the northeastern slope in the Alexander Valley, and Game Ranch Vineyard, located on old river bottom on the eastern bench of the Silverado Trail. Both showcase the optimum silhouettes of Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley and Napa Valley.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Game Ranch, Napa Valley

Tasting Note: Vintage 2019 was characterised for exceptional color, one of the darkest seen in the last few years. On the nose this wines  shows profiles of blonde tobacco and blackberry that marries beautifully with hints of vanilla bean. Game Ranch is a  complex wine that requires time to appreciate the subtle layers that you will get with each sip. Round, soft and silky tannins acompany the perfect acidity and structure giving place to an amazing lush finish that only a well-crafted Cabernet can provide

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Yoeman, Alexander Valley

Tasting Note: The 2019 vintage hits all the right notes thanks to a stunning ripening year. Not as hot as 2018 or 2020, the wine is more elegant as a result. The warmer years bring more black fruit, but in 2019 we are back to the blueberry, red cherry and hints  of dark plum. The palate is inviting and well-balanced, exuding flavors of blueberries, blackberry, with a deep mocha  finish. This wine in such a great vintage, will age beautifully for many years.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Game Ranch, Napa Valley

Tasting Note: The 2018 Game Ranch has a deep red color with purple edges. The aromas open with red perfumed floral notes, dark fruit, and a little vanilla. While anise is the hallmark of Napa Cabernet, this is a little riper than that, being more black cherry  and blackberry. The mouth has a deep lush velvet taste that lasts throughout. Elegant with finesse. This Cabernet is fresh  and focused with a creamy texture and layers of blackberry, mocha, and black cherry. The seamless tannin structure and balance culminate in an uplifting, lengthy supple finish.
